Rooted in the Goddess: Goddess of the Harvest

Rooted in the Goddess is a monthly women’s gathering exploring the sacred feminine through seasonal themes, herbal wisdom, reflection, ritual, and community.

Each month we journey through a different expression of feminine wisdom—guided by the rhythms of the Wheel of the Year and supported by a featured herb that reflects the season’s energy. These gatherings offer space to slow down, connect, and explore the deeper relationship between nature, the plants, and our inner lives.

As summer begins to give way to autumn, we turn toward the Goddess of the Harvest—a time to gather what we’ve grown, celebrate our abundance, and release what has completed its season. Our companion herb, nourishing oatstraw, invites us to consider how we replenish and care for ourselves.

Together we'll share herbal tea, guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and a simple seasonal ritual as we reflect on the harvest within and around us.

Autumn Apothecary: Elderberry Syrup

There’s something special about making herbal medicine in your own kitchen. Join me for an evening of learning, gathering, and getting hands-on with one of the most beloved herbs of the autumn season: elderberry.

We’ll explore elderberry, talk about its traditional uses and ways to incorporate it into your herbal home apothecary, and then roll up our sleeves and make a batch of elderberry syrup together.

You’ll leave with your own bottle of elderberry syrup to take home, along with the knowledge and confidence to make it again for yourself and your family.

Come enjoy a cozy evening of herbal learning and connect with others who are curious about making simple, seasonal herbal remedies at home.

The Body's Herbal Map: Connecting Herbal Knowledge with Body Systems

The Body's Herbal Map: Connecting Herbal Knowledge with Body Systems

  • Online — Video Lessons + Live Zoom (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

The human body is an intricate, interconnected whole—and herbs interact with that whole in fascinating ways.

The Body’s Herbal Map is a seven-week online exploration of the body’s major systems through the combined lenses of nursing and herbalism.

Drawing on my experience as a registered nurse, anatomy and physiology instructor, and herbalist, we’ll explore how the respiratory, digestive, circulatory, immune, nervous, and musculoskeletal systems function, how they connect with one another, and how herbs interact with and support these systems.

We’ll go beyond simply learning which herbs are associated with which body systems. We’ll explore how herbs work in the body—their actions, what body processes they may influence, and why particular herbs may be relevant to a particular system.

Along the way, I’ll share herbal remedies, recipes, and practical applications, helping you connect what you know about herbs with a deeper understanding of the human body.

This isn’t about memorizing anatomy and physiology or lists of herbs. It’s about creating a mental map of the body so you can begin to see the connections between body systems, herbal actions, and whole-person support.

You don’t need an extensive science or healthcare background—just curiosity and a desire to understand the human body and herbalism in a deeper way.

7 weeks • Online video lessons + live Zoom gatherings

Begins October 15, 2026

Early Bird Tuition: $350 through September 19
Regular Tuition: $395

Come curious. Let’s create a map of the human body and discover where herbal knowledge fits within it.

Replenish: A Holistic Mini-Retreat for Tending to exhaustion and restoring energy

Feeling exhausted? We see you. If your body feels tired no matter how much you rest, if your nervous system feels constantly “on,” or if you’re running on willpower instead of energy, this workshop is for you.

Replenish offers a supportive space to better understand exhaustion and explore gentle, realistic ways to restore energy. Through reflection, education, restorative yoga, energetic practices, and herbal support, we’ll look at how stress affects the body and how to work with it rather than pushing through.

This is not about fixing yourself or doing more. It’s about listening, softening, and learning how to tend to what has been depleted — with care, clarity, and compassion.
