“my goal is to improve the health and lives of the women I serve.”

My name is Kit Creemer and I warmly welcome you to Agapé Apothecary.

I’m a proud mom of four wonderful adult children, daughter of loving parents, a Registered Nurse, yoga instructor, and the heart behind Agapé Apothecary.

Since 1991, I have practiced as a Registered Nurse, specializing in cardiac care. My years in nursing have given me a thorough understanding of the body, which informs and enriches my work as an herbalist.

In 2020, I deepened my lifelong love of plants through formal herbal study, earning my Community Herbalist Certificate. I was fortunate to learn from my instructor and mentor, Shelley Torgove of Artemisia & Rue, whose teaching shared rich herbal knowledge and multicultural wisdom that continues to inspire my practice.

As a Certified Community Herbalist with a career in nursing, I am in a unique position of understanding the body’s systems. I bridge traditional centuries-old plant medicine and Maya abdominal therapy with modern Western medicine. The combination of  modalities can bring health to life and the fusion results in a truly holistic approach for my clients.

My herbalism specialty is women’s health. Whether the focus is understanding the menstrual cycle, navigating fertility challenges, or embracing the journey into perimenopause, my work is dedicated to supporting wellness and nurturing overall health, balance, and resilience. I offer one-on-one consultations, medicinal herbs, Maya abdominal therapy, and—equally importantly—listening with an open mind and heart. My goal is to improve the health and lives of the women I serve.

The apothecary is also a welcoming space for herbal classes, hands-on workshops, and reconnecting with nature—and with ourselves. I invite you to join me in learning, creating, and building community, or to experience one-on-one herbal guidance designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit.
